Start at the elves workshop by Cafe Nero and collect your Elf Service form, then it's time to visit our Elf Stations to learn all the tips & tricks to become an official helper – complete all four stops, and you’ll be ready for the big moment!

Graduate with a special graduation photo and certificate back in the Elf Workshop!
